I have been with St. Lukes for many years now. All the staff have been very understanding and interested!

Appointments. Not good at all that is if you can get one. Not the receptionists fault. If your are lucky to get an appointment. You do not see the same GP twice. Do not want to talk to anyone on the phone.

Ability to get an appointment needs drastic improvement. Cannot get through on the phone for over a week sometimes leading to health deteriorating more than needed.
